Origin Property has teamed up with the major investment group from Hong Kong, Lofis, to move forward with joint ventures on 2 new projects: the condominium Origin Plug & Play Sirindhorn Station, valued at 2.6 billion baht targeting Gen Y, and the housing project Britania Amata-Phanthong, valued at 2 billion baht. This collaboration reflects confidence in the potential of Thailand's real estate market and the strength of the Origin group, in line with the Origin Multiverse plan, which supports a cumulative joint investment value of 5.8 billion baht. Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited or ORI, a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the Origin Property group has partnered with Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lofis Group, a major real estate investment firm from Hong Kong, to jointly develop 2 additional projects, including:

  • The condominium project Origin Plug & Play Sirindhorn Station, valued at 2.6 billion baht.
  • The housing project Britania Amata – Phanthong, valued at 2 billion baht, signaling a positive investment trend.

Previously, the Origin Property group through Britania Public Company Limited or BRI had already partnered with Lofis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on one project, the Grand Britania Kukot Station, valued at 1.2 billion baht. With the addition of the 2 new projects, the cumulative joint investment value between Origin Property and Lofis now stands at 5.8 billion baht, and both companies will continue to explore new collaboration opportunities.
